Guests of the River House & Trapper Cabin
Bosco’s will be glad to cater a meal or two while you are staying at the River House or Trapper Cabin. All meals are prepared from scratch with locally sourced, high quality fresh ingredients. Some examples of entrees are cowboy chili, scratch meatball subs, jambalaya or a lasagna loaded with seasonal fresh meat or game & vegetables and of course, homemade bread. If you are celebrating a special occasion or simply want to indulge, let us create an extra special cake or dessert for you!
What’s Included In Your Order?
All orders include one main entree one side and homemade bread. We can include a starter and dessert if requested for an extra fee. Everything is served “family style” and are charged on a per-person basis. Delivery and setup is included in the price. We generally setup everything prior to guest arrival, or as requested, so it is ready and waiting, hot and fresh.
We ask for at least 24-48 hours notice prior to any catering order, the more time we have to prepare, the better. If you would like to order a specialty cake we ask for at least 1-week’s advance notice in order to accommodate. Bosco’s will take food requests OR you can order by “chef’s choice.”
We are happy to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions and will do our best to facilitate your requests based on the availability of ingredients. Please inquire about what we have on offer to make your stay more enjoyable.
